Disconnect
The workspace owner can disconnect an integration inside Laras or revoke access from the provider account settings.
Data deletion
Laras supports deletion requests for official connected business platforms. The policy is platform-general so the same trust model covers Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Page Messenger, Threads, email, CRM, support tools, and future integrations.
Service-level commitment: provider-callback and owner-initiated disconnections remove active connection data on the same request; full purge across active production systems completes within 30 days; verified manual reviews complete within 7 working days.
Workspace owners can self-serve disconnection at any time from /app/settings/integrations. Email help@larasx.com for a verified manual review.
[ ii ] Deletion process
Triggered by owner, by provider callback, or by manual review. Result is identical: active connection data removed, integration becomes inert.

[ ii ]
If a provider sends a deletion callback, Laras removes active connection data and returns a confirmation code when required.
[ iii ]
If a workspace needs broader removal, the owner can request a manual review by email.
[ iii ] What gets removed
Each item below is removed within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Owner-initiated disconnections and provider callbacks complete on the same request. Manual reviews complete within 7 working days. Once removed, the integration goes inert and subsequent inbound webhooks for the disconnected account are ignored.
Access tokens
Active provider tokens used to operate the connected integration.
Account references
Connected account IDs, handles, usernames, and workspace connection state.
Profile metadata
Avatar URLs or profile references saved only to display the connection.
Automation state
Auto-reply configuration tied to the disconnected platform account.
[ iv ] What may remain
Business records created before deletion may remain in the workspace audit trail when needed for operational history, safety, or legal reasons, but they are no longer linked to an active platform access token. No further data is fetched from the disconnected account.
Contact help@larasx.com for a full workspace export or broader removal under data subject rights (UU PDP 27/2022 in Indonesia or GDPR Article 17 in the EU).
